We want to take our time to ensure your fur baby has a positive experience. Each fur baby has their own personality, fears, anxieties and we are fully committed to always keep that in mind.
To help achieve our vision, we engaged a Dog Psychologist to provide advice for our interior design, the type of equipment we should use, how to approach new fur babies, the techniques we should use, and how to say farewell at pick up time.
